Coming from our Stage 1 upgrade of more power with better rideability, Stage 2 offers so much more! Our custom velocity stacks and revised tuning for the OEM widebands (on applicable models) not only gives a dramatic power increase but also overall better and more consistent rideability. Our easy to install custom velocity stacks don’t shift the powerband over and decrease power down low. We managed to make more power everywhere, as we know these bikes aren’t for racing or staying high in the RPM band. Careful consideration was taken in every aspect of Stage 2 to fit the bikes application and riding style.
We are confident Stage 2 will be a dramatic change in your bike and leave you smiling every time you get off the seat.
Stage 2 was developed and designed TO WORK WITH BT MOTO VELOCITY STACKS. STAGE 2 CANNOT BE PURCHASED WITHOUT OUR VELOCITY STACKS.
WHAT STAGE 2 INCLUDES

- Correct fueling on both banks in “Alpha N” mode and race modes FOR BT MOTO VELOCITY STACKS.
- Decel fueling and engine braking changed for smoother throttle on/off transitions.
- More precise throttle inputs while still allowing mode based changes by the ECU.
- Smoother quickshifter that removes the OEM jerky feeling from shifting up and down.
- Power increased over the entire RPM band, from low RPM to redline (dyno sheets below).

BT MOTO VELOCITY STACKS
3D printed from lightweight composite, the BT Moto Velocity Stacks have been carefully engineered and designed to maximize power in the higher RPM range while not losing power in the low RPM range.
Made for a perfect fit, the BT Moto velocity stacks have a relief notches at the bottom of each funnel to ensure tight fitment while also being easy to install. These are plug-and-play and require no additional modifications to your airbox to fit. Simply unscrew your factory velocity stacks and screw ours in. Coupled with our engineered flash, the combination makes an extremely easy install and tune that can be done in your own garage.

Below is our Stage 2 flash with and without our BT Moto velocity stacks. You can see little to no loss in the mid and low-range RPM. Up top you can see a significant gain. All on pump gas 93. Same day testing on the same bikes.
BLUE LINE – Stage 2, 93 Pump Gas: 126WHP / 99WTQ
RED LINE – Factory Tuning, 93 Pump Gas: 115WHP / 85 WTQ
**All in-house testing performed with 93 octane pump gas, unless otherwise stipulated. Different modifications and dynometers may make different power. Usage of a lower octane will yield smaller power gains. All power is measured from the wheel and not the crankshaft, whp (wheel horsepower) and wtq (wheel torque)**
